It's very hard to say "I love you" in Russian.
I love you - Я люблю тебя[ Ya lyublyu tebya] or Я люблю вас [ Ya lyublyu vas]. But more use first example.
It's hard because here have hard letters "я" и "ю".
But don't worry ! I can help you with it. It's very simple. You must say "Yellow-blue bus".
"Yellow-blue bus" very look like to Я люблю вас [ Ya lyublyu vas]. Believe me. It's true. Very simillar.
You can try say it.
